Congregation Or Midbar’s Members Annual Meeting will be:

- We will have the election for 2012 Board of Directors.
Congregation Members Annual Meeting agenda:
1. Vote for the slate of candidates for the Board of Directors for 2012.
2. Congregation Members in good standing will be allowed to present comments, suggestions, or proposals to the outgoing Board. These will be passed on to the new Board of Directors for action.
3. Votes for the new Board will be counted and the new Board of Directors will be seated.
- There are 5 elected offices: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Officer At Large. . Therefore each Congregation Member in good standing has 5 votes. Each Member can give all 5 of their votes to one candidate or distribute their 5 votes among the candidates. Ballots with more than 5 votes will be rejected.
- Any Member in good standing who wishes to be on the slate of candidates must notify the Nominating Committee Chair person before January 24th 2012.
- If you are unable to attend, you may cast a Proxy Vote by completing the form included and mailing it to: Congregation Or Midbar P.O. Box 6172 Kingman, AZ. 86402 *Proxy Forms must be received by Tues. January 24, 2012

As we move into our new building at 217 East Andy Devine, we would like to hear from all our friends in the Jewish Communities of Kingman, AZ, Bullhead City, AZ, and Laughlin, NV. We would like to expand our Shabbat Services to twice a month in coordination with Temple Beth Israel Ba Midbor of Laughlin, NV. We will be conducting a phone survey of everyone on our mailing list.
